Atul Kumar Singh is an American standup comedian, improviser, actor, writer, producer, and member of the Epic Rap Battles of History crew. He primarily keeps track of time and maintains a schedule for the battles as production coordinator. He was one of the Indian Independence March Extras in Gandhi vs Martin Luther King Jr., one of the body actors for Boba Fett in Hitler vs Vader 3, Stedman Graham in Oprah vs Ellen, and appeared as himself in Nice Peter vs EpicLLOYD 2. He also appeared as a bully in Dis Raps For Hire - Episode 6.

Singh, alongside Ashlyn McIntyre, Matthew Schlissel, Brittany White, Shaun Lewin, Morgan Christensen, and Sulai Lopez, made a cameo appearance as a part of the frustrated crew when EpicLLOYD said the line, "ERB2 is right! I'm covering your ass behind the scenes!" Singh later appeared in the mixing room during the interlude between Nice Peter's third and fourth verses, saying, "Here we go!"
