Dragan Richard Radic was born in Belgrade, Serbia. He is an actor, producer, special effects worker, makeup artist, and costume designer. He explained in the behind the scenes video for Artists vs TMNT that the suit he created for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was made out of an epoxy and carbon fiber material. Currently residing in Reseda, California, Radic is also notable for his work on "A Nightmare in the Town" and The Hungover Games.
