Information on the cameo
Lillian "Lilly" Truscott was one of the main characters in the American television series, Hannah Montana, that aired on the Disney Channel. She is Miley Stewart's best friend/adoptive sister and the first person to discover Miley's double-life as pop star, Hannah Montana. When Miley confides her secret unto Lilly, her alter ego becomes Lola Luftnagle (originally Lola LaFonda), a groupie attending celebrity events with Miley while she is dressed as Hannah Montana. Diverting unwarranted attention from the unduly curious toward herself, Lilly created Lola to help Miley protect her secret. In the series, she was portrayed by actress Emily Osment.
