Paul Harrison Tibbitt is an American comedian, animator, director, producer, writer, storyboard artist, and voice actor, best known for his work on the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants. He previously worked on other animated shows such as Recess, CatDog, and Whatever Happened to… Robot Jones?.
