Princess Peach made a cameo appearance in Mario Bros vs Wright Bros. She was portrayed by Ceciley Jenkins.
Information on the cameo
Princess Peach Toadstool is a character in the Mario franchise. She is the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom. Peach is mainly the damsel in distress and is constantly getting kidnapped by the villain, Bowser. Even though she is nabbed frequently, Mario is always quick to her rescue. She has appeared in nearly every Mario game to date, save for a few titles. She may be somewhat of a ditz, however, she has also been shown to hold her own against foes on a number of occasions, such as in her own game, Super Princess Peach, in which she is the protagonist. Peach has also appeared in every Mario spin-off game as a playable character and she also appeared in the American TV cartoon, The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!.

In the rap battle, she appeared when Wilbur and Orville Wright said the line, "We stayed up all night, playing Donkey Kong".
