This is day three of my revenge against my block, with 29 coming after this.
Light Yagami of Death Note, authored by me but planned to be voiced by Trent aka Tkid115, against Zamasu of Dragon Ball Super, Future Zamasu not Alternate Future Zamasu who was Goku Black who fought Arnold Schwarznegger very recently, right before my block. Shhhhhhhh. The connection is that they are both "gods"/gods who are justified mass murderers who kill people for being supposedly half-hearted or otherwise sinful. Kami taking justice into their own hands. They both killed other "gods"/gods who killed people, with Light taking down other Kiras when the mood fitted him, as well as Zamasu killing all the Kaioshin to end the Hakkaishin. They both also did franchisement, with Light recruiting other Kiras and Zamasu teaming up with Goku Black.
The Apple Rose hint is because Zamasu and Goku Black are meant to be symbolic of a red rose and a black rose respectively, whereas Light Yagami famously carries an apple to appease Ryuk.
I made the Light Yagami title card. Skeep made the Zamasu title card. Cyan made the cover in its ethereal beauty.
