Information on the location
Whitechapel is a district in East London, England, in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. In the early 19th and 20th centuries, it was the center of the Jewish immigrant community in London, best known for being the location of the infamous murders committed by Jack the Ripper in the late 1880s. During this time, endemic poverty drove an estimated 1,200 resident women into prostitution, a handful being victims of the Whitechapel murders, five of these ascribed to the aforementioned Ripper.
As of now, Whitechapel is home to a large number of Bangladeshi migrants as well as one of Europe's largest mosques.
Appearance in the rap battle
This is the location where Jack the Ripper rapped. The whole scenery was very dark and foggy, and there were occasionally flashes of lightning.
- This is the second part of London to be in a rap battle, with the first being Baker Street.
